Excess:

In the same way that Cancelled Orders can cause bottlenecks in the supply and distribution chain,
an excess of a particular product line can damage future sales, by preventing the timely launch of new models.

From our own experience there have been a multitude of scenarios where a distributor or retailer did not have a return to vendor agreement in place. The manufacturer will not take unsold stock back whilst the customer refused to place other orders resulting in a stalemate.

JWA Electronics work with manufacturers, distributors and resellers in removing excess and unsold products from it's existing channel we then remarket this difficult stock into non-conflicting territories or channels ensuring an uninterrupted flow of stock.
